Q1:If this is a finshed products which i can fix it on the wall directly ? 

A: Dear buyer ,Diy digital oil painting/Diy oil painting by number is different from oil painting ,It should paint by yourself . It seems like a toy ,u can paint it when u are free  and enjoy the fun of painting . You will get  fun from the painting course 

Q2: How is the quality of the pigment ? If the pigment had been used out what shoud we do ?

A: Our pigment is highbrighted green pigment and it has passed SGS test .It is environmental and non-toxic . But our pigment is drip-dry you should close  the pigment box once you stop painting . And if you paint wrong color on the canvas you can use another color to cover it . By the way we filled enough pigment in the box ,if your pigment has been used you can be free to contact with us ,we can provide the another pigment boxes to you 

Q3: If  i can do the oil painting by my own design ?

A:  of course u can ,you can send your design to us we will transfer it to our design to check if the design is ok for a production . If your desigh is ok for the production we will make the digital design and put into production to have a sample to u ,if the sample confirmed ,your own design can put into production soon

Q4: Should I pay for the freight and shipping cost ? 

A: If ur quanity is small as 1-100 sets ,the freight will be charged by you .If u are a wholesaler or u  have big quantity  we will consider to pay for the freight and shipping cost .

05:  If i can pay for the products after  reveiving of your products ? 

A:  100% advance payment before production as small order quantity ； 1-300sets

30% advance payment before production 70% balance before shippment as big quantity 300-30000sets
